Purpose

  • To assist the warehouse supervisor by keeping records of all transactions in the warehouse in order to meet organizational goals and objectives.

The Job

  • Maintain and update the warehouse records through daily updates of the Bin Card to ascertain the daily stock level of products in the warehouse.
  • Receives products from the production department into the warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse area in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Ensure the safety of self and others in the line of duty.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
  • Ensure compliance with FSMS requirements in the assigned work process.
  • Be aware of identified food safety risks, opportunities, and consequences inherent in the departmental/work processes concerning FSMS requirements and where applicable.
  • Ensure effective monitoring and operation of identified food safety control measures of hazard control plan at the assigned work area.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 O’ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
  • Minimum of one year Cognate experience in warehousing or supply chain and logistic
  • Strong Have good written and verbal communication skills for maintaining warehouse records and reporting.
  • Have strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stock updates and proper documentation.
  • Have basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Be reliable, punctual, and disciplined in carrying out daily warehouse activities.
