About the Job

  • Operate CNG and LNG station equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with refuelling their vehicles/skids with gas.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with station manager in timely and efficient manner.
  • Generate reports on retail station performance, including sales, usage, and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of gas transactions, equipment inspections, and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail station environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on station equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and inspections as needed.
  • Identify and report potential safety hazards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of gas dispensed and transactions.
  • Implement emergency response procedures for retail station.
  • Coordinate with emergency services as needed and provide assistance during emergency situations.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and regulations for CNG and LNG retail stations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records of safety procedures.
  • Attend and participate in safety training programs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with fuelling their equipment with gas, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Educate customers on CNG and LNG fuelling procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of National Diploma in a Science or Engineering based course
  • Candidates with SSCE but have a minimum of two years of experience operating LPG/ CNG/ LNG/ Liquid fueling dispensers to vehicles and industrial users are also eligible to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of CNG and LNG safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sales reconciliation skills.
