Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing excellent service at all times.
  • Dispense fuel accurately and safely into customer vehicles, following all company procedures.
  • Handle cash and process electronic payments (POS) accurately, ensuring proper reconciliation at shift end.
  • Assist customers with basic inquiries, directions, and product information.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including fuel pumps, forecourt, and general station premises.
  • Conduct routine checks of fuel levels, oil, and water for customer vehicles upon request.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines and regulations.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or customer complaints to the supervisor immediately.
  • Promote additional services or products offered by the station, such as lubricants or car care items.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth station operations.
