Imported goods would be, but not limited to building material<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong></strong>The Post Holder Will Work As Part Of The Larger Team But With Reach Across The Organization And Beyond To Coordinate The Following Functions<br><br><ul><li>Design processes and procedures to implement the Procurement policy.</li><li>Ensure that transactions are processed in compliance with Cruxstone’s Procurement policy to meet specific organizational requirements.</li><li>Ensure a smooth implementation of Cruxstone’s Procurement PPPs across the business for the procurement of goods and service through education of the end-users.</li><li>Identify potential suppliers who can provide required quality goods/service at the most competitive price, at the right time and to the right location to bring about significant savings.</li><li>Run through the procurement process professionally and innovatively/creatively generate savings.</li><li>Monitor suppliers’ performance to ensure high quality of goods/service and timely delivery.</li><li>Ensures that favorable commercial terms; conditions of purchase, warranties, after sale support services are negotiated and agreed with suppliers.</li><li>Issue RFI / RFQ / RFP to suppliers and ensure to receive responses at the required time.</li><li>Prepare analysis of quotations/bids within Timelines/SLA for approval.</li><li>Convert requisitions to POs in line with agreed SLA.</li><li>Liaise with other departments to understand their requirement upfront for proper planning.</li><li>Analyze trends and market conditions for present and future pricing, availability, lead-time, and capacity of suppliers for specific goods and services.</li><li>Monitor performance of Supplier for increased productivity (Supplier management) through supplier performance evaluation in conjunction with the end user.</li><li>Importation: Where required, ensure all regulatory and shipping documents(in line with Nigerian Customs requirement) are proactively processed to ensure goods are shipped and cleared within the shortest possible time, without incurring demurrage.</li><li>Submission of updated weekly procurement dashboard to the CPO.</li><li>Provide regular progress and status reports to stakeholders on status of transaction.</li><li>Provide monthly procurement update at the management meetings</li><li>Other duties as assigned<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Master’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or any related field.</li><li>Completion of NYSC program.</li><li>Relevant Professional Certification(CIPS)would be an added advantage.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role.</li><li>10 years procurement experience<br><br></li></ul><strong>Application Closing Date<br><br></strong>1st May, 2025.<br><br><strong>Don't Keep!
