Role Purpose The Van Sales Representative (Driver Assistant) will support the van driver in executing daily sales and distribution activities. The role is responsible for ensuring product visibility, effective merchandising, order delivery, and customer satisfaction across assigned routes. The position combines sales support, field execution, and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities Assist the van driver in achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Load and unload products for delivery to retail outlets and distributors. Engage customers professionally, present product features, and promote sales. Collect and record customer orders, payments, and receipts as required. Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and stock movements. Support merchandising activities — ensure proper display of products at sales points. Report market intelligence (competitor activities, pricing, feedback) to the Sales Supervisor. Assist in maintaining proper stock levels in the van and conduct daily reconciliation. Ensure all goods are handled safely and in good condition during delivery. Uphold the company's image and provide excellent customer service at all times. Requirements Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification; additional sales training is an advantage. 1 - 2 years of experience in van sales or field merchandising preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic numeracy and record-keeping ability. Physically fit and able to lift or move products as needed. Must be reliable, honest, and customer-oriented. Salary N150,000 Monthly.
