Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc as a Factory General Laborer. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and dedicated individuals to support our manufacturing operations in Amuwo-Odofin. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and safety of our production lines, ensuring that our world-class products continue to reach our customers. You will be an integral part of our daily factory operations, working in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, products, and equipment.
  • Operate basic factory machinery and tools under supervision.
  • Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
  • Monitor production lines for issues and report any defects or malfunctions.
  • Package and label finished products accurately.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies rigorously.
  • Support other factory staff as needed to meet production targets.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
