Also to ensure our technology stack is robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with business objectives to drive efficiency and growth.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Duties & Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Orchestrate the enterprise application strategy and roadmap, directly enabling BUA Foods’ digital transformation and core business objectives.</li><li>Direct end-to-end lifecycle for the entire application portfolio (ERP, CRM, SCM), from strategic selection and implementation to retirement.</li><li>Champion operational excellence by ensuring 24/7 availability, robust security, and peak performance of all critical business systems.</li><li>Forge and manage strategic partnerships with key vendors and stakeholders to drive project success while maximizing ROI across all business units.</li><li>Lead a high-performing team and manage the function’s budget with fiscal discipline to deliver projects on time and within scope.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications / Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor of Science / Higher National Diploma in Computer Science (or other sciences), with minimum of second class upper division/upper class.</li><li>8+ years of end-to-end experience in developing and delivering enterprise-grade applications.</li><li>Expert-level proficiency with large-scale Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations (BC or F&O).</li><li>Industry-specific expertise driving efficiency in FMCG, Manufacturing, and Food Processing environments.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strategic Business Leadership:  Translating business needs into actionable IT strategy, optimizing processes, managing vendor partnerships, and governing multi-million-naira budgets.</li><li>Technical & Architectural Expertise: Architecting integrated enterprise solutions, overseeing the full SDLC, and leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making.</li><li>High-Performance Team Leadership:  Building and mentoring top-tier teams, expertly managing stakeholder relationships, and negotiating successful outcomes.</li><li>Operational & Project Excellence:  Delivering complex projects on time and within budget while ensuring robust service management and risk mitigation.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Application Closing Date<br><br></strong>26th October, 2025.<br><br><strong>Don't Keep!
