Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping medical and dental businesses grow through comprehensive digital solutions. They transform websites into lead-generating assets while building brand awareness through SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.



About the role:

We’re looking for a WordPress Developer who can independently build and maintain WordPress websites from scratch using Kadence Block Builder and other tools. The ideal candidate has experience managing plugins, troubleshooting website issues, and building sites that maintain high-speed performance. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma is a plus.

This is a hands-on development role, best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency setting and can juggle multiple client needs with precision and professionalism.

Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.

Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and launch custom WordPress websites using Kadence Block Builder or other builders.
  • Handle full website setup, including theme configuration, plugin installation, and light customization.
  • Manage site performance, SEO optimization, security updates, and regular maintenance for multiple client websites.
  • Configure and troubleshoot essential plugins such as WP Rocket, security tools, etc.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and an excellent sense of design and aesthetics in all client projects.
  • Ensure websites are user-friendly, visually consistent, and aligned with modern UI/UX best practices.
  • Consistently meet deadlines and communicate effectively across multiple time zones.
  • Optimizes websites for fast load times and smooth user experience.


Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress website development.
  • Proficiency with Kadence Block Builder and other page builders.
  • Comfortable managing a high number of client websites in a fast-moving agency environment.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working with Figma.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable. Integrity and attention to detail are essential.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.


 

Position: WordPress Developer

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Latin America, South Africa

Working Hours: 40 hrs a week in standard working hours in Mountain Time.

Holidays: 9 floating holidays

Salary: USD 1800-2200 per month
