Your top responsibilities: * **Determine in under 6 minutes** if a prospect has a pain point and are ready to sell * **Make 300+ calls per day** using our power dialer to connect with past prospects * **Update the CRM after each conversation** to keep our system running smoothly What’s expected of you: * Complete our **self-onboarding and daily training** * Hit at least one of these metrics daily: **2 live transfers** , **25 conversations** , or **300 calls** * Deliver **8 qualified live transfers per week** A typical day looks like this: You’ll start with our **8:30 AM EST morning huddle** , reviewing yesterday’s results and sharpening your sales skills. After training, you’ll be on the phone, power dialing sellers and uncovering new opportunities.
