Our client in the wellness and fitness industry is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Juice and Shakes Bar Assistant to prepare high-quality protein smoothies and deliver an excellent experience to customers. This role involves preparing high-quality shakes, smoothies, handling orders, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with product recommendations, while also supporting new recipe ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and make personalized recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Restock ingredients, maintain inventory, and report shortages or equipment issues.
  • Handle both pre-orders and walk-in orders, customizing items to meet each client's preferences.
  • Assist clients with product selection and respond to questions about ingredients and offerings.
  • Process orders promptly and accurately using the POS system.
  • Prepare shakes and smoothies according to company recipes and standards.
  • Contribute creative input for new shake ideas and menu improvements.
  • Keep the Energy Bar area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
  • Comply with all safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures.
  • Rotate merchandise in refrigerated coolers and on display tables, ensuring proper stock levels and adherence to spoilage policies.
  • Perform routine and deep cleaning of the Energy Bar, equipment, and storage areas.

Qualifications

  • Experience in food/beverage preparation, smoothie bars, caf?s, or hospitality is preferred.
