Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at The Elite Job. As an integral part of our HR department, you will support the recruitment and talent acquisition process, providing administrative and operational support. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their HR career and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles.
  • Onboarding Support: Help with the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate records of candidates, employees, and job vacancies within the HR system. Assist with managing employee data and documentation.
  • Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, surveys, and activities to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Compliance Support: Ensure that recruitment and HR practices comply with legal and company standards, including maintaining confidentiality and ensuring proper documentation.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on recruitment activities, employee performance, and other HR metrics.
  • General HR Assistance: Provide administrative support for various HR projects, including policy updates, performance reviews, and employee relations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an HR support role or recruitment function, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot HR-related issues and provide timely solutions.

Experience

  • 1�2 years of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role.
  • Previous experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition processes is preferred.
  • Experience with HR software systems and tools is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
  • Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for remote work as applicable.
