Job Title: Hotel Receptionist (Front Desk Personnel)

Location:  Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to guests at all times
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Uphold front office standards and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Prior experience in a hotel front office role is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is an asset.
