The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.</li> <li>As a Cleaner / Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and comfortable for our guests, contributing to an exceptional experience in the hospitality environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.</li> <li>Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.</li> <li>Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment throughout the premises.</li> <li>High-standard bathroom care: Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and toilets to perfection.</li> <li>Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.</li> <li>Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.</li> <li>Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring timely turnaround of linens and guest clothing.</li> <li>Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to handle guest requests professionally.</li> <li>A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration is essential for success in this role.</li> <li>Proximity or ability to commute to Ojodu.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary</strong><br /> N75,000 - N120,000 Monthly. </p>
