Our client is seeking motivated and eager Apprentice Electricians to join their trades program on a fully remote basis. This is a unique opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the electrical trade, gaining valuable skills and experience under the guidance of certified professionals. While the learning process is remote, practical application and site-based work will be integrated as the apprenticeship progresses, with a strong emphasis on remote learning modules and virtual mentorship.

Responsibilities: Learn and assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment under the supervision of a Master Electrician. Study electrical theory, blueprints, and technical manuals to understand electrical principles and practices. Participate in online training modules, webinars, and virtual workshops covering electrical safety, wiring techniques, and troubleshooting. Assist in performing diagnostic tests on electrical systems to identify faults and malfunctions. Help with the assembly and installation of electrical components, conduits, and wiring. Gain hands-on experience with various hand and power tools used in the electrical trade. Learn to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with electrical codes and standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Develop strong problem-solving skills related to electrical issues. Engage actively in virtual mentorship sessions with experienced electricians. Prepare for and pass required certification exams as part of the apprenticeship program.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. A strong interest in pursuing a career as a licensed electrician. Basic understanding of mathematics and physics principles. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques. Excellent work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
