We're looking for a highly qualified Student Enrollment Specialist experienced in finding and engaging new families and increasing our student enrollment for our existing schools and opening new centers! The How Much Will I Make & How Many Hours Will I Work Part (aka the First Thing You Are Probably Reading Part) We are looking to hire a full-time Enrollment Specialist (Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day) for an uncapped commission position that includes a draw and limited benefits. This position is a remote role but may require some time spent operating out of each of our schools (Denver, Englewood, Littleton, and Golden, along with future centers as they open) for recruitment events when necessary. Just to make sure we're on the same page, let's start with the basics: Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 3–5 years of experience in student recruitment, enrollment management, admissions, or sales, ideally in an educational or childcare setting. (Required) Strong understanding of early childhood education (ECE) programs, including the importance of family engagement. (Preferred) Demonstrated ability to meet enrollment goals and drive growth through innovative outreach strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with families and represent the school with professionalism. Strong organizational and data management skills; ability to track leads, analyze enrollment trends, and adjust strategies accordingly. Proficiency with Google Workspace, and social media platforms for recruitment. Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring all families feel welcomed and valued. Familiarity with Reggio, or play-based learning models. The Responsibilities Part As a Enrollment Specialist at Thrive, you will be engaging new families through all channels and bringing high volumes of new students into Thrive’s schools. We’re looking for a creative self-starter who enjoys building momentum, launching ideas, and helping people take action. This position is ideal for someone who is a proven closer, likes earning a commission, and enjoys thinking outside the box, crafting new outreach and sales strategies. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly relational, and deeply passionate about ensuring every child has access to high-quality education. They must be exceptional communicators, skilled in both grassroots and digital sales and sourcing strategies and must be committed to representing the mission, values, and culture of excellence at Thrive. Your responsibilities will include: Source and enroll high volumes of students at our 5 schools throughout the Metro Denver area, based on each schools’ current age group enrollment needs. Execute year-round recruitment campaigns aligned with enrollment needs and school deadlines. Track, analyze, and report enrollment data weekly; adjust strategies as needed to meet targets. Collaborate with school leadership to align recruitment goals with broader school initiatives. Manage follow-up with prospective families through calls, texts, emails, and personal outreach to ensure strong conversion from interest to enrollment. Inspire and motivate families to take the next step toward preschool enrollment. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all recruitment platforms.
